Welcome to the newly redesigned Charlotte New Homes Blog!
If you’ve visited our blog before, you’ll probably notice most of the changes immediately, but there are a few new features we’d like to bring to your attention:
- The handy-dandy “Join the Conversation!” icons at the top. Click these to connect with Standard Pacific Homes – Charlotte on Facebook, Flickr, Twitter and ActiveRain.
- The “tweet” and Facebook “Like” buttons above the text in each blog post. We’ve added these to make sharing and connecting easier.
- The new site pages. Scroll over “Communities” above to see a list of Charlotte-area cities where StanPac has available homesites and new homes. On each city page, you’ll find a list of our new communities in that area. Our “Quick Move-In Homes” page has a link to a complete list of our Charlotte-area homes that are ready or will be ready to move in soon.
- The search bar. Under the photo to the right, you’ll see a new search feature to help you find old posts fast.

More big news: Charlotte New Homes Blog will now also feature guest posts from real estate pros in the Charlotte area. We have a few guest bloggers ready to roll, but the more the merrier! Are you a local real estate professional who’d be interested in writing a guest blog or two on the (related) topic of your choosing?
